Althou gh he was an undergraduate speech major, Don didn’t catch fire in his public speaking until he had something to say. Now he does. He can share what may be learned from Robert Greenleaf’s writing, living and loving, explain the basic concepts and multiple applications of servant leadership, discuss academic research, and tell lots of storie s.

But Don doesn’t just talk; he invites the audience into dialogue with him and with each other.
One more thing. Don figures he’s not as smart as Robert Greenleaf (Don's family would tell you he’s not as smart as a lot of people!) so he bases his comments on what Greenleaf actually wrote, said and did and how others have applied those ideas congruently. And he doesn't leave out the hard stuff about Greenleaf or his writings.
